Returns, Cancellations and Damage Policy
1. Limited-Edition and Final-Sale Policy
The Silent Oracle is a limited-edition work, individually prepared for each accepted purchase.
Purchases are arranged directly through our customer service process rather than through an online shopping cart. A purchase is considered accepted when we provide written confirmation of the sale and any required payment has been received and cleared.
All sales are final for change-of-mind purposes where permitted by applicable law.
Once a purchase has been accepted, payment has cleared, and preparation of the book has begun, we do not accept voluntary cancellations, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
2. When a Remedy May Be Available
The final-sale policy does not prevent a valid claim where a book is:
materially damaged during shipping;
defective;
materially different from the description or specifications agreed upon for the purchase;
lost before delivery;
not supplied; or
subject to another mandatory consumer remedy under applicable law.
If we are unable to fulfill an accepted purchase, amounts collected for the unfulfilled purchase will be refunded as required by applicable law.
3. Reporting Shipping Damage
Please inspect the package reasonably soon after delivery.
If visible damage exists, contact contact@mosarz.com as soon as possible.
Reporting visible transit damage within approximately 7 days is helpful because it allows us to document the condition of the shipment and communicate promptly with the carrier. This requested reporting period does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
When possible, please photograph:
the outside shipping carton;
the shipping label;
the protective packaging;
the damaged portion of the book; and
any other relevant damage.
An unboxing video is not required.
Please do not dispose of the packaging or attempt significant repairs until we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the claim, as the original packaging may be necessary to resolve the matter.
4. Resolution of Valid Claims
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a valid claim may be resolved through:
repair;
replacement;
price adjustment; or
refund.
We may reasonably request photographs, a copy of the invoice or purchase confirmation, proof of payment, return of the affected book, or other information directly relevant to evaluating the claim.
If a return is required because of confirmed shipping damage, a defect, or our fulfillment error, we will provide appropriate return instructions and, where required by applicable law, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Please do not return The Silent Oracle without first contacting us and receiving return and shipping instructions.
5. Consumer Rights
Consumer laws vary by location, and purchasers may have certain mandatory cancellation, return, refund, or other rights under applicable law.
Where such rights apply, they take priority over our voluntary final-sale policy.
To request a cancellation, return, or other remedy available under applicable law, please contact contact@mosarz.com and provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase.
Any necessary return instructions and return destination will be provided directly to the purchaser.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase where reasonably practicable.
If that is not possible, we may arrange another appropriate refund method directly with the purchaser.
We do not substitute store credit for a monetary refund where applicable law requires a monetary refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and circumstances of the transaction.
7. Production Status and Cancellations
Because each accepted purchase may begin preparation, production, or other fulfillment activities, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, once cleared funds have been received and production or preparation has begun, the purchase cannot ordinarily be cancelled for change-of-mind reasons.
Any production estimate communicated to the purchaser is subject to the separate Terms of Sale and Shipping and Delivery Policy, including the applicable production period following receipt of cleared funds.
