Unless otherwise stated, the paintings, photographs, poems, interpretations, oracle messages, written content, book design, graphics, logos, videos, and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by Mery Zamani, Mosarz LLC, or the applicable rights holder and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

All rights are reserved except where expressly stated otherwise.

You may browse the website and view its content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing The Silent Oracle gives you ownership of the physical book you receive. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or content contained in the book.

3. Unauthorized Use

Unless you have prior written permission from the applicable rights holder or your use is otherwise permitted by law, you may not:

You may link to publicly available pages of this website as long as the link does not falsely imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

4. Artificial Intelligence, Scraping and Automated Use

Except where permitted by applicable law, artwork, writing, photography, book content, or other protected material from The Silent Oracle may not be intentionally supplied to an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system for:

  • model training or fine-tuning;

  • dataset creation;

  • image-to-image generation;

  • commercial synthetic reproductions;

  • automated derivative works; or

  • commercial merchandise generation

without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Automated scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading, or attempts to bypass access restrictions are also prohibited.

Public availability of an image or text does not grant a license for commercial AI training or reproduction.
