1. Seller
The seller of The Silent Oracle is Mosarz LLC.

These Terms apply to purchases of The Silent Oracle arranged through thesilentoracle.com, Mosarz LLC customer service, or other direct written communications authorized by Mosarz LLC.
Purchases are not completed through an automated online shopping cart. Prospective purchasers should contact us to inquire about availability and purchasing arrangements.
The product information made available on our website, together with any written purchase confirmation, invoice, quotation, specifications, these Terms of Sale, the Shipping and Delivery Policy, and the Returns, Cancellations and Damage Policy, form part of the applicable purchase agreement.
If a written purchase confirmation issued by Mosarz LLC expressly differs from general information appearing on the website, the written purchase confirmation will control with respect to that specific purchase, subject to applicable law.
2. The Silent Oracle Limited Edition
The Silent Oracle is a collectible art book containing:
77 paintings;
77 artistic interpretations;
77 cosmic poems; and
77 oracle messages.
The numbered edition is limited to 2,000 copies worldwide.
Each edition is individually numbered and signed by Mery Zamani / MOSARZ and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
The purchase is for a physical book containing reproductions of artwork. Original paintings are not included unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Current information regarding dimensions, materials, included items, language, packaging, presentation, and other physical specifications may be provided on the website or in written purchase materials.
Because the edition may contain handmade, individually completed, signed, or finished elements, reasonable variations in signatures, numbering, materials, printing, color, texture, or finishing may occur.
Such reasonable variations are part of the character of a limited-edition art object and do not constitute a defect. This does not excuse actual shipping damage, material defects, or a material failure to provide the product as described.
3. Edition Numbers
Edition numbers are normally assigned by Mosarz LLC.
A purchase reference, invoice number, payment reference, or other transaction number does not guarantee a corresponding edition number.
A specific edition number is guaranteed only when Mosarz LLC expressly confirms that edition number in writing before the purchase is finalized.
Edition numbers and related authenticity information may be maintained as part of our provenance records.
4. Price
The price applicable to a purchase will be communicated directly to the prospective purchaser and confirmed in writing before payment is requested.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by Mosarz LLC, or other mandatory charges payable directly to Mosarz LLC will be disclosed before payment is requested.
International purchasers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5. Payment
Payment arrangements will be provided directly by Mosarz LLC or its authorized representative after a purchase inquiry has been reviewed.
Payment may be accepted through one or more approved payment methods communicated to the purchaser in writing.
The purchaser is responsible for following the payment instructions provided by Mosarz LLC and for ensuring that payment is made from an authorized source.
A purchase will not enter production until any required funds have been received and cleared, unless Mosarz LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
For security purposes, purchasers should never send full credit-card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or other complete payment credentials by ordinary email.
Mosarz LLC may use third-party financial institutions, payment processors, wire-transfer services, or other payment providers to receive or process funds. Any such provider may apply its own security, verification, compliance, or processing procedures.
6. Purchase Requests and Acceptance
An inquiry, request to purchase, quotation, invoice, payment instruction, or submission of payment does not by itself guarantee that a purchase has been finally accepted.
Before accepting a purchase, Mosarz LLC may reasonably verify matters including:
product availability;
payment clearance;
purchaser identity where reasonably necessary;
suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
shipping availability;
destination restrictions;
applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and
obvious pricing, typographical, or administrative errors.
A purchase is considered accepted when Mosarz LLC has received any required cleared funds and has provided written confirmation that the purchase has been accepted, unless a different acceptance process is expressly stated in writing.
If funds have been received but the purchase cannot be accepted, the applicable amount will be returned or refunded as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Once a purchase has been accepted, production and fulfillment will proceed in accordance with these Terms and the applicable production schedule.
7. Production Time
The Silent Oracle is a limited-edition product that is produced, allocated, prepared, or finished in connection with accepted purchases.
Production and preparation normally require approximately 5 to 8 weeks after required funds have been received and cleared.
The 5–8 week period is an estimated production and preparation period and does not include carrier transit time.
Transit time begins after the completed shipment has been physically transferred to the shipping carrier.
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact the purchaser and provide any options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised fulfillment schedule or receiving a refund where legally required.
8. Final Sale and Cancellations
Because The Silent Oracle is a limited-edition work that may enter production, allocation, preparation, or finishing after a purchase is accepted, all sales are final for ordinary change-of-mind purposes where permitted by applicable law.
We do not normally accept voluntary cancellations, returns, or exchanges after:
the purchase has been accepted;
required funds have cleared; and
production, allocation, preparation, or finishing has begun.
This final-sale policy does not eliminate any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law requires us to provide.

9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements and charges are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
All shipments will include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
International purchasers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
10. Authenticity and Provenance
Each numbered book is associated with its Certificate of Authenticity and applicable provenance information.
Mosarz LLC may maintain records relating to:
edition number;
original purchaser;
transaction information;
certificate status;
replacement history; and
documented transfers of ownership.
These records are intended to support authenticity and provenance.
Collector information will not be made publicly available without permission unless disclosure is reasonably necessary to administer the purchase or is legally required.
If a Certificate of Authenticity is lost, replacement may require reasonable proof of identity, ownership, possession, and transaction history.
Any replacement certificate may be identified as a replacement.
11. Ownership and Provenance
Purchase of The Silent Oracle conveys ownership of the individual physical copy only.
All copyrights, reproduction rights, publication rights, digital-use rights, merchandising rights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights associated with The Silent Oracle, its artwork, text, and the MOSARZ name remain exclusively with their respective rights holders.
Ownership of a physical copy does not grant the right to reproduce, publish, digitize, commercially exploit, create derivative products from, or otherwise use the protected content of The Silent Oracle.
MOSARZ LLC may maintain provenance and ownership records for each numbered edition. Any future owner seeking to update such records may be required to provide reasonable documentation establishing lawful ownership and chain of provenance.
12. Intellectual Property
Purchase of The Silent Oracle transfers ownership of the physical copy purchased only.
Except for rights that applicable law necessarily provides to the lawful owner of a physical copy, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.
All copyrights and other intellectual-property rights in the artwork, paintings, artistic interpretations, poems, oracle messages, photographs, design, typography, book content, MOSARZ name, and related creative materials remain with their respective rights holders.
Without prior written permission, purchasers may not reproduce, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, create unauthorized derivative products from, or otherwise use protected content in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights.
Nothing in these Terms restricts uses that applicable law expressly permits without authorization.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mosarz LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of The Silent Oracle.
Where applicable law permits a contractual monetary limitation, liability arising directly from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Mosarz LLC for that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection, warranty, or remedy that applicable law does not permit Mosarz LLC to exclude or limit.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without eliminating mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the purchaser's place of residence or other applicable law.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or a purchase may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.
15. Relationship to Other Policies
These Terms of Sale should be read together with our:
Shipping and Delivery Policy;
Returns, Cancellations and Damage Policy;
Privacy and Cookies Policy; and
Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permitted.
